Method:  Roller, brush or spray gun.

Dilution:  maximum 10% with clean water.

Surface preparaton: The substrate must be clean and free from dust, oil or foreign matter. Remove all the loose bonding film, dirt, peeling paint. Wash the affected area to remove chalk or fungus and algae. Fill the hairline crack before application job. Ensure the substrate is dry, humidity should be around < 16% or 21 -28 days for new wall substrate.

Overcoating time:  2 - 3 hours minimum

Precaution: Painting job is not suitable for the temperature area  less than 10⁰ C, stirring well before application. Empty the box after opening. Follow to the recommended painting system.
